Instructions
For optimal results, upload your design in PNG format with a width of 4,500 Pixels and a transparent background. To accomplish this, you can use Photopea (free) or our Adobe templates and follow the instructions below. We advise that your t-shirt chair or someone with some graphic design skills does this.
Otherwise, you can send us your logo, preferably in vector format (.ai or .svg) or design idea via email to hey@studentmercher.com, and we’ll try to help you out at no extra cost! 🧡
Design Instructions
Go to Photopea.com and click on “New Project”
1. Set DPI at 300, Width at 4500 (Pixels), Height at 5400, and Background as Transparent. Then click “Create”
2. Draw your design (add your text, images, logo, etc.)
3. Once done, select File>Export As>PNG.
Download at 100% quality.
You can now attach that PNG file to the form on the right.
Download template and draw or insert your design. Once finished, make sure that any background or white layer is disabled and save it this way:
- File>Export>Export As
- Format: PNG
- Check “Use Artboards”
- Click Export
Finally, on the pop-up, select these settings:
- Resolution: High (300 ppi)
- Anti-aliasing: Art optimized
- Interlaced: Unchecked
- Background Color: Transparent
- Click “OK” and your image will be saved.
Draw your design. Once finished, make sure that background layer is disabled and save it this way::
- File>Save As
Then, on the pop-up, select these settings:
- Format: PNG
- Click “Save”

FAQ
Our platform allows you to submit your design and have it ready to order in Amazon within 48 hours at no cost. We do, however, earn a small commission from Amazon on every order placed. This allows us to offer this service for free. 
All items are printed on the same brand, which is Port & Company. The only exception is the Premium t-shirt, which is Bella + Canvas.
Both Standard and Premium t-shirts are thin with a similar feel. Premiums are a bit longer in the torso and made of more lightweight material. Premiums have also a slimmer fit than Standards. Both hold up to washing the same. Quality is great and the fabric is soft on both!
No! Your design can include multiple colors and the price will remain constant. Visit our pricing page to see all prices.
Your listing will be active for 7 days, so make sure your members place their orders quick! After this time, the link will expire and you will have to submit a new design.

No. Your listing won’t be available to the public. Only people who you share the link with will be able to place an order.
All orders are printed, fulfilled and shipped by Amazon. If you run into any problem with your order, please contact their support team and they will help you out.
